"Easter" Trip. Part 3.

We love the Rainforest Cafe.....but for some reason Landon didn't love it this time. He said he didn't like Elephants so he kept his hands over his ears for most of dinner. I felt so bad since he has been looking forward to going back for a few weeks now. Next time we know where NOT to sit.

Took his hands down for a minute.

They aren't that scary.

This is how it was almost the whole time.

He did end up taking his hands down for dessert.
.
There was a little carnival that we saw. We didn't do anything but the Ferris wheel since it was so cold. Landon loved it after he stopped being so scared of how high up we were.
Waiting in line.

Justin said that I needed to do candid shots. So here we are!

Landon looks like his eyes are going to pop out of his head!
.
We really had a great trip. I love spending time with them and I'm so very lucky to have them both in my life. Justin starts underways soon and this little get away was the perfect thing to do before it all starts. I'm going to miss him so much while he's gone but I know we can do it. I'm looking forward to the rest of my life with my boys, no matter the years it will be over too fast.

Aw, poor little guy. I'm sorry the Elephants upset him. However, that dessert looked AMAZING! That could cheer anyone up!

Ok, I have to know since you talk about it all the time. What is the Rainforest Cafe? and more importantly, where is it?

Jenn-

The Rainforest Cafe is the most amazing resturant to go to! It's a jungle theme with animals that move and al of that. It's a little expensive but well worth it. They have them all over the first time we went was in Seattle. The closest one is in Hartford.

You have to take your kids they would love it!

Haha, we took our kids to the Rainforest Cafe for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were seated near a gorilla display, and Wyatt about jumped out of his skin when they started making their racket. We had to reassure him all was ok. The baby wasn't phased at all.

It was fun, but considering the hour long drive (when traffic is good), I doubt we'll be going back. That brownie, though, that was nice. All four of us couldn't even manage to finish it.
