I've seen a ton of people who I follow doing this so I thought I would join in!!! I love finding new blogs to read and I love it a little bit more when we have things in common (like the military!).
Go to.....
....to join in!
I'm supposed to write a little bio. If you read my blog often and you know all about me, then feel free to skip this part. lol.
My name is Kim. I married my high school sweetheart when I was 18 and I'm loving every moment of it! After almost a decade he still gives me butterflies! We both grew up on a little Island in Washington state and we miss it a ton! We also have the most amazing little boy named Landon who lights up our lives.
My husband in a NUKE submariner and after a year long stay in South Carolina and about the same in New York, we are now stationed in the submarine capitol of the world......Groton, Connecticut. Haha.
I'm a SAHM who loves to read, do crafts, have movie nights and just all around be creative and try to make the lives of the hubs and the not-so-little-little-one as amazing as I can. This is going to be our "3rd" deployment. We had one "normal" one in 08/09 then a surge the summer of 09 (it was so great when he came home and told me he had two days to get ready and had no idea when he would be home......) and he leaves shortly for another "normal" one (I swear I don't use quotes all the time, please don't judge me. lol). We have done more underways then I care to count since I lost count after we hit a dozen. I follow my sailor wherever he goes and I'm loving the ride.
All in all, I'm a happy go lucky person who always thinks with the "glass half full" mind frame, but I'm not afraid to tell it like it is.
I look forward to meeting new military wives or even those who aren't but just like what I have to say! Happy blog hopping!

I'm following your blog from the Blog Hop. It looks like we like the same books - I just finished "House Rules." It was predictable but I LOVED her portrayal of a family dealing with autism. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better!
Following via the blog hop. My grandparents live in Groton and like it. I doubt if they will ever leave there. LOL
